rPPSR NZ Interface; adding a linked log via the Security Statement Amend drilldown wizard can cause an unhandled exception

When doing an Amend via the Security Statement form, on the second page, that shows the Differences, clicking on the "Add Linked Log" button causes the error "An unhandled exception has occurred. Object reference not set to an instance of an object.".
