Account Applications; Fails to save if Insurer is specified

When attempting to save an Account Application with an Insurer specified on the "Details" page, the message "Invalid Insurer, External Party is not a Insurer" is given.

NOTE: The grammar error "a Insurer" has also been updated to "an Insurer" in serveral places.
