Added support for United Kingdom, code GB, to finPOWER Connect.

The following changes have been made for United Kingdom.

Added addressing specifics for United Kingdom, including support for PO Boxes.

Note, Post Code validation is not currently supported.

Support added for Sort Codes.

Note, the only validation done is to check the Sort Code is 6 digits and the Account Number is 8 digits.

Added support for NI Number.

Note, validation of the NI Number is supported.

Added support for VAT.

Note, validation of VAT Numbers is included, including the check digit.

Added support for Company Registration Numbers (CRN).

Note, basic validation of CRNs is included.

Added support for Unique Taxpayer References (UTR).
