rPPSR NZ Interface; updated handling of leading whitespace

When a Financing Statement's details are registered, if text begins with spaces and new lines, the PPSR strips these from the registered Financing Statement.

This means finPOWER Connect always wants to amend the Financing Statement to add spaces and/ or new lines back into the text.

This issue would normally only be seen in multi-line properties, i.e. Collateral Description and Collateral Item Description.

Note, this was an issue in PPSR G2B interface as well.
