PPSR NZ SPG Report; update SPG warning test

In the NZ PPSR SPG Report, a warning is generated in the Financing Statement's SPG differs from that recorded in finPOWER Connect.

The test to check this has been updated. Previously if the finPOWER Connect Secured Party Group was different the warning "Related Security Statement belongs to another Secured Party Group." was given. Now, the test checks the underlying SPG Id of the Secured Party Group.

This means, where there is more than one Secured Party Group defined in finPOWER Connect with the same SPG Id, i.e. the same SPG in the PPSR, false warnings are not generated.
