rPPSR; 'Pending' Searches can now be updated

Previously if a Search failed due to a Timeout, for example, it was failed. The PPSR may actually finish processing the Search, and therefore you would still be charged for the Search.

Now, Searches are left pending and can be updated to success or failure.

To update:

1. Open the PPSR NZ Search wizard.
2. Select "Previous Search" and click Next.
3. Make sure the date range covers the day the Search was undertaken and "Include Pending Searches?" is checked.
4. Click "Load".
5. Find the Search in question, the "Status" column will be "Pending".
6. Drill down to the Search. You will be asked "Retrieve the original Search's status from the PPSR?" - click Yes.

finPOWER Connect then communicates with the PPSR to determine whether the Search was successful, and either flags it as a Success or Failure (updating its Status). You will be alerted to outcome.

Click "Load" to reload the Searches and then drill down to see the results.
