HTML Widget; DBCombo control; Updated and issues resolved

The following changes have been made to the HTML Widget DBCombo control:

• The LimitToList property was previously write-only and did not work in certain circustances
• Cleared "!" when control blanked (e.g., when invalid item entered and the control is limited to list)
• When a special standard range that does not include a dropdown list such as "Accounts", the LimitToList property is now ignored
• For special standard ranges that do not include a dropdown list such as "Accounts", the code is now corrected to the correct case, e.g., "l10001" will be corrected to "L1001" if this is how it exists on the database
