rPPSR NZ Interface; added External Filing Reference to SPG Report

The rPPSR NZ Interface's SPG Report wizard now includes a "External Reference" column. Note, by default this column is hidden.

This columns shows the "External Filing Reference" saved in the PPSR and is used by finPOWER Connect to store the Security Statement Id - and might be helpful in tracking down the originating finPOWER Connect Security Statement from the Financing Statement.

Note, this information is new to the rPPSR, so is not populated for Financing Statements migrated from the old PPSR system. In addition, it is not publically available information.
