rPPSR NZ Interface; update Summary Page Collateral heading to always show the Collateral Type

When a Financing Statement is displayed in a Summary Page, each Collateral may either show it's description or the type of Collateral.

This has changed so the heading is always the Collateral Type, and the description is always shown below the heading. This is less confusing, and means the description is not truncated.

The following built-in Summary Page has been updated:

"SummaryPage2_SecurityRegisterReport_PPSRNZ" has been updated to version 2.10 on 24/07/2018.
