Client Type Change wizard; New Permission Key added

A new permission key has been added: Client.ClientTypeChange

This is a business layer permission key and restricts access to the Client Type Change wizard and the corresponding finClientTypeChange object.

This allows finPOWER Connect Cloud to restrict access to what was previously, a menu only permission.

NOTE: The Client Type Change wizard will not be available in finPOWER Connect if a User is denied this permission, regardless of the corresponding menu permission.
