Grids; May show duplicate, corrupted rows

Grids on certain forms may have shown "ghost" rows that could not be selected and would appear with no row number (if the grid was showing row numbers).

An example of this was the Account Payment Arrangement wizard which, under certain circumstances, could show "ghost" rows in the Overriding Payments grid.
