Account Applications; an Application can now be accepted to a Quote Account

An Account Application can now be accepted to a Quote Account.

On the Account Application Types form, Options page you can define whether or not 'Open' or 'Quote' Accounts can be created, and which is the default.

When going through the Accept or Decline AccountApplication wizard there is now an "Accept (to Quote)" and "Accept" option (depending on the Account Application Type).

The following standard Summary Page block has been updated:

"AccountApp_Summary" has been updated to version 1.05 on 23/01/2018.
