SMS Document Publish; a long Name may truncate the request Reference

Publishing SMS Documents may incorrectly truncate the request Reference.

The following services are affected because they limit the Reference to 50 characters:

• TxTStream New Zealand (XML over HTTP interface)
• TxTStream New Zealand (.NET V2 interface)

This issue occurs where the Name is very long, and therefore the source type (e.g. Client, Account) and id may be lost.

Note, a symptom of the issues is the Reference incorrectly start with a bracket "(".
