New Company wizard; updated Security Type defaults for NZ

The New Company wizard can create various default information, including Security Types.

In New Zealand this could create Security Types, including Land and Property. The Class for these were set, by default, to "Documents of Title". This has been changed to "Not Applicable" as neither Land or Property are registered on the PPSR system.
