Account Applications; Collateral View should not show Actions on Security Item form

Clicking on the "View new Security Item that will be generated" button on an Account Application Collateral Item displays the Security Item that will be created from the Collateral.

However, this form showed all Actions, including Security Enquiry options, and shouldn't have.

In addition, the window title now displays "Account Application Quote Security Item".
