Account Financial Instalments drilldown; Summary Page updated to version 2

The standard Summary Page used to show Account Instalment options has been updated to a Summary Page (version 2) script.

This is accessed via the "Instalments" button on the Financial page of the New Account and Account Quotation wizards.

The following built-in script has been updated:

"SummaryPage2_AccountInstalments_InstalmentSummary" has been updated to version 2.00 on 21/12/2017.
