Security Enquiries; added PPSR NZ Get Vehicle Data (New Zealand only)

A new Service has been added to Security Enquiries, PPSR NZ Get Vehicle Data. This will be available when the new PPSR goes live in July 2018.

The "Account Settings" are defined under Global Settings, Securities, PPSR NZ. There is an option to enable PPSR NZ Security Enquiries.

Note, this service does not require the Security Enquiry Add-On, but it does require the Securities Register, PPSR Interface Add-On.
