Account Settlement Summary; Show Future Payments not updated

Two issues with the Account Settlement Summary Document have been fixed:

Firstly the Show Future Payments setting was not persisted to the AccountClose object's property FuturePaymentsShow. You could test the FuturePayments property for a non-zero value instead.

Secondly, the "expected Future Payments" value showed as "plus expected Future Payments" when it should have been "less expected Future Payments"

The following example Document has been updated:

"Account_SettlementSummary.xml", ASQ, has been updated to version 1.02 on 13/12/2016.
