Credit Bureau, Bank Account and Security Enquiries now store an Enquiry Reference which can assist locating an enquiry.
Depending on the type of enquiry, the Enquiry Reference might be:
- Individual's name in the format "[Last Name], [First Name] [Middle Names]"
- Last Name
- Company Name
- Company Number plus optionally Company Name
- Business Number plus optionally Company Name
- Australian Company Number plus optionally Company Name
- Australian Registration Number plus optionally Company Name
- New Zealand Business Number plus optionally Company Name
- Vehicle Identification Number
- Vehicle Number Plate
- Bureau Reference plus optionally Company Name
- Previous enquiry number
- Transaction Id
The Enquiry Reference is available in the Audit Search form as a search parameter and a column in the result grid. You may use wildcards, e.g "Intersoft*", in the search, however, this may make the search slower.
