User Interface Script; new ActionsUpdate event for Client, Security Statement and Workflow forms

The User Interface Script now supports new events for the Client, Security Statement and Workflow forms.

The following events have been added and work much like the existing "AccountsFormActionsUpdate" event.

• ClientsFormActionsUpdate; allows Actions on the Clients form to be updated.
• SecurityStmtsFormActionsUpdate; allows Actions on the Security Statements form to be updated.
• WorkflowsFormActionsUpdate; allows Actions on the Workflows form to be updated.
