Account Application Logs; better method of merging Client Logs implemented

Account Application Logs merge Logs from Clients. The Logs picked up from Clients are those dated between the date and time the Account Application was created and when it was closed.

Previously finPOWER Connect used the close date entered for the Account Application, therefore this could be inaccurate (and didn't include the time). This has been changed to use the actual date and time the Account Application was closed (not that entered by the User).
