Disbursements; new option to "Close" Disbursement Payouts

A new option for Loan Accounts has been added to "Close" Disbursement Payouts. Once "Closed" the Loan Account, by default, will not be shown on the Disbursement Payout Reconciliation Report.

To "Close" Disbursement Payouts, load the Account form and go to the Disbursements page. In the "Payout Reconciliation" block there is a new "Close Payouts" button. Click this button. Once Closed, you can Reopen Payouts by clicking on the "Reopen Payouts".

The Loan Disbursement Payout Reconciliation Report includes an option to "Include Closed Disbursement Payouts?" - by default this is unchecked.

NOTE: When "Closed" finPOWER Connect does not prevent you adding, changing, approving etc Payout Disbursements.

Two new Permission Keys have been added:

• "Account.Disbursements.PayoutsClose"; determines if the User can close Disbursement Payouts.
• "Account.Disbursements.PayoutsReOpen"; determines if the User can re-open Disbursement Payouts.

In addition, whenever this flag changes an Audit record is created for the Account.

The following Standard Summary Page blocks have been updated:

"Account_Disbursements_PayoutReconciliation" has been updated to version 1.01 on 23/11/2017.
