Comprehensive Credit Reporting; added separate "Suspend" flag for an Account

A new option has been added to Accounts to suspend Comprehensive Credit Reporting. This operates the same as other suspension options.

Note, currently this does not do anything additional to the Comprehensive Credit Reporting functions, so needs to be added to scripts involved in this process.
