Account Applications form; clicking on Edit button may cause an unhandled exception

On the Account Applications form, when an Account Application is NOT loaded the Edit button may still be visible and enabled. Click on Edit may result in the following error "An unhandled exception has occurred. Object reference not set to an instance of an object.".

To recreate:

1. Open the Account Applications form.
2. Load an Account Application.
3. Click the "Clear" button.
• Note how the Edit button is still visible and enabled.
4. Click the "Edit" button.
