Security Items and Collateral Items; added Boat Name

A new "Boat Name" field has been added for Boat type Security Items. This applies to Security Statement Items and Account Application Collateral Items.

This field allows up to 50 characters to be recorded against the Boat.

The following Standard Summary page blocks have been updated:

"SecurityStmt_SecurityItemSummary" has been updated to version 1.05 on 20/11/2017.
"TaskManager_MailboxItemSummary_SecurityStatement" has been updated to version 1.02 on 20/11/2017.
