HTML Widgets defined for finPOWER Connect Cloud Configuration can now replace forms within finPOWER Connect

The following built-in forms within finPOWER Connect can now be replaced with the HTML Widget versions used by finPOWER Connect Cloud (if licensed):

Supported forms are:

  • Accounts
    • Account Credit Limit Change wizard (also the History form)
    • Account Monitor Category Change wizard (also the History form)
      • NOTE: This is also available from the Task Manager form, Workflows and Monitored Accounts grids
    • Account Statement Change wizard (also the History form)
  • Account Applications
    • Accept or Decline Account Application wizard
  • Clients
    • Client Contact Method
      • NOTE: This can also be launched from the New Client wizard but this cannot be supported from HTML Widgets hence the built-in form will always be used from this location.
      • Also used in the External Parties and Branches forms.
      • If replacing built-in form with an HTML Widget, records can only be edited when the Client form is NOT in edit mode and will not be used when viewing a new or updated Client from an Account Application Applicant.
    • Client Contact Address
      • NOTE: This can also be launched from the New Client wizard but this cannot be supported from HTML Widgets hence the built-in form will always be used from this location.
      • Also used in the External Parties and Branches forms.
      • If replacing built-in form with an HTML Widget, records can only be edited when the Client form is NOT in edit mode and will not be used when viewing a new or updated Client from an Account Application Applicant.

NOTE: Some of the above, e.g., the Account Monitor Category History form have resulted in a change of name of the underlying form key which will mean that any settings such as form size and position and grid layouts will have been reset.
