HTML Widgets; Review "Period" code

The "Period" code used to calculate a date range in certain HTML Widgets such as the Promise Management Summary was inconsistent and in certain cases, wrong.

Periods are now calculated as follows and can be viewed from the Tooltip on the report title:

• Today
• Starting at Today's date to the end of Today's date
• Past 24 Hours
• 23 hours, 59 minutes and 59 seconds in the past to the current date and time
• Past 48 Hours
• 47 hours, 59 minutes and 59 seconds in the past to the current date and time
• Since Yesterday
• Starting the beginning of yesterday to the end of today
• This Week
• Starting on the Monday and finishing at the end of Sunday
• 7 Days
• Starting the beginning of 6 days ago to the end of today
• 4 Weeks
• Starting 27 days ago to the end of the current date
• This Month
• Starting at the 1st of the month and ending at the end of the last day of the month, regardless of whether this is in the future
• Last Month
• Starting at the 1st of the previous month and ending at the end of the last day of the previous month
• 3 Months
• Starting 3 months ago less 1 day to the end of the current date, e.g., 7/08/2017 to the end of 6/11/2017
• 6 Months
• Starting 6 months ago less 1 day to the end of the current date, e.g., 7/05/2017 to the end of 6/11/2017
• 1 Year
• Starting 1 year ago less 1 day to the end of the current date, e.g., 7/11/2016 to the end of 6/11/2017
• This Year
• Starting 1st January of this year to the end of 31st December this year
• Last Year
• Starting 1st January of last year to the end of 31st December last year

Custom date ranges will always run from the start of the first date to the end of the day before the second date, i.e., EXCLUDING the second date.
