HTML Widgets; Management Reports; Updated to bring in line with new "Workflows Breakdown Report"

The following general changes have been made to system-supplied HTML Widget management reports:

• Pie chart now sizes to fit available area (rather than forcing scrollbars)
• Chart titles now include chart tab title, e.g., "Breakdown (Allocated)" - an example from the Workflows Breakdown widget
• Tooltips on the chart titles relating to the from/ to dates are now clearer, e.g., "for the period starting 1/1/2016 to the end of 2/4/2017"
• The code column (e.g., Workflow Type) in the main table now sorts correctly. Previously it was a bit random due the to Legend colour block.

The following HTML Widget-specific changes have been made:

• Account Applications Breakdown
• A new "Breakdown" chart .

• Accounts Breakdown
• A new "Breakdown" chart has been added
• Grid is now selectable to chart selected rows
• SQL Where and custom title parameters added

• Promise Management Summary
• Column headers now have a colour underline
• A new "Breakdown" chart has been added
