Account Withdrawal wizard; Disbursement Account can cause commit to crash

The Account Withdrawal wizard may crash after clicking "Finish" when posting to a Disbursement Account. The error is "Unhandled exception caught. Cannot create finAccountDisbursement object for 'Disbursement' Accounts.". After clicking OK finPOWER Connect closed.

Disbursement Accounts do not support Disbursements being posted to them. The wizard incorrectly allowed the Payee Type to be entered for a Disbursement Account, and therefore upon committing the Withdrawal this error occurred.
