Reports; Deposit Maturity List can error when automatically stacking columns

The Deposit Maturity List Report includes an option to "Automatically stack report columns in groups". When checked the Report may error with "An unexpected error occurred running Report 'Deposit Maturity List'. Index was out of range. Must be non-negative and less than the size of the collection. Parameter name: index".

To recreate include the "Maturity Instruction" but not "Maturity Reinvestment" column. The error will occur if the number of columns in the report are too wide to fit and columns are automatically stacked.
