HTML Widgets; Date Boxes may parse or display an incorrect date

In certain situations, entering a number such as "16" into a datebox control would result in the incorrect date either being displayed or returned when using the Value() property of the control.

For example, entering "16" may have displayed a date of "15/10/2017".
