Report Templates; Built-in Reports can now be hidden

Report Templates now have the ability to hide built-in Reports.

A new "Hide Reports" range is available on the Options page of the Report Templates form.

Any active Report Templates will be taken into account when hiding built-in Reports, regardless of whether the current User has permission to run the Report Template.

Hidden Reports are not visible in the Report Explorer.

Attempting to run a hidden report (e.g., via an Application Shortcut) results in the type of error shown below:

Failed to create Report 'AccountControlReport'.

Failed to create Report.

Report 'AccountControlReport' cannot be created since it is hidden by Report Template 'CL'.

The Report Template Details report has been updated to include the new Options page.
