Account Quotation form; initial focus logic updated

Previously when opening the Account Quotation form the default focus was always on the Branch field.

Now the initial focus will be on the Product Type (if blank), Account Type (if blank) and finally the Name if both these fields are non-blank.

This makes entering a Quote slightly faster.
