HTML Widgets; widget.js Script added to contain generic functionality

A new widget.js file (stored in the /Templates folder) is now used to contain shared, generic functionality used between finPOWER Connect, finPOWER Connect Cloud and externally hosted HTML Widgets.

This has the following benefits:

• Improved speed when testing the Widget in an external Web Browser
• Consistency with date and number formatting and parsing
