finPOWER Connect Cloud Configuration; New setting to "Prompt on Commit"

A new "Prompt on Commit?" option is available on the Options page of the finPOWER Connect Cloud Configuration form.

Just like the "Prompt on Save" option, this can be used by HTML Widgets.

The following system-supplied HTML Widgets have been updated to use this setting:
* Account Monitor Category Change
* Account Credit Limit Change wizard
* Account Statement Change wizard
