Ad-hoc Document Logs; clicking "Print Document" may incorrectly warn "This Log has not yet been published. Are you sure you want to print this document?"

Clicking "Print Document" on an ad-hoc Document Log, e.g. an Account Log, may incorrectly warn "This Log has not yet been published. Are you sure you want to print this document?".

The Document does not need to be published.

Note, ad-hoc Document Logs have a Type of "User" rather than "Document" and don't have Publish details.
