Account Statements; when using a Date Range the Opening and Closing Balances may be zero

When using a Date Range in an Account Statement, the Opening and Closing Balances may be zero. This occurs if there are no Transactions in the date range.

Note, this applies to both standalone ad-hoc Documents, created from the Report Explorer, and Account Logs, created from the Account Document wizard.
