Task Manager; Custom "Filter Workflows" folder properties enhanced

When creating a custom Task Manager folder to filter Workflows, i.e. the type is "Filter Workflows", only filter pages applicable to the Workflow Target types are now shown.

For example, if you only check to target "Account" types, then the "Account Application" filter page is not shown. Correspondingly, if you don't target "Accounts" then the two Account filter pages are not shown.
