User Policies; New option to "Allow Web Services and Cloud-based Application access"

On the User Policies form, the "Allow Application access?" option has been renamed to "Allows Windows Desktop Application access?".

A new "Allow Web Services and Cloud-based Application access?" option has been added.

This allows a User Policy to be used to restrict a User from running the Windows Desktop version of finPOWER Connect but still allow then to access Web Services and Cloud-based applications such as finPOWER Connect Cloud.
