Word Documents; add support for "micro" wiki text in Summary Tables

Support has been added for "micro" wiki text in Summary Tables for Word Documents. The wiki tag is "---", i.e. three dashes.

This is like small text, which is 80%, but even smaller at 20% of the surrounding text.

Note, this has been added to better support longer Smart Tags for Secured Signing Electronic Signatures.
