Account, Client etc. Key Details Summary Pages; added optional Events block

Added optional "Events" block to Account, Account Application, Client and Workflow Key Details Summary Pages.

For example, Accounts, by default, shows Workflows, Transactions, Payment Arrangements, Documents, Logs, History and Audit Logs created in the last 30 days.

This block is not shown by default. To add, edit the Summary Page:

1. Add new constants:
• "ShowEventBlock", set to True.
• "EventNumberOfDays". Default is to show the last 30 days of events, amend as necessary.
• "EventAuditInclude". Set to True to include Audit Logs. Note, this may result in two lines for events, one being the History or Log and the other the Audit.

The Task Manager "History" tab has been updated to use these new event lists:

• Task Manager.
• "History" tab renamed "Events".
• Added "Events" tab for Account Applications.

The following standard Summary Page blocks have been updated:

"SummaryPage2_Account_KeyDetails" updated to version 2.10 on 23/08/2017. "SummaryPage2_AccountApp_KeyDetails" updated to version 1.01 on 05/09/2017. "SummaryPage2_AccountApp_Summary" updated to version 1.03 on 23/08/2017. "SummaryPage2_Workflow_KeyDetails" updated to version 2.03 on 04/09/2017. "SummaryPage2_Workflow_Summary" updated to version 2.06 on 23/08/2017. "SummaryPage2_Client_KeyDetails" updated to version 2.08 on 23/08/2017. "SummaryPage2_TaskManagerWorkflows_WorkflowHistory" updated to version 2.01 on 29/08/2017.
