Parameters; Grouping List; Option to not indent list

The "Grouping List" page of the Parameter wizard now have an option to "Display right-hand list items unindented?".

This is useful for Grouping List Parameters that are being used in situations such as allowing the User to select columns to display, e.g., for the system-supplied Accounts Breakdown Report HTML Widget.

In the business layer object this property is ISParameter.NoIndent. This was an existing property but was previously reserved for system-use-only and not persisted to XML.
