Payment Methods; Outwards Cheques now include a setting to make the Cheque Number mandatory

Outwards Cheques now include a setting to make the Cheque Number mandatory.

Under Bank Accounts, Payment Methods, on the Other page of a Payment Method there is a new option "Is the Cheque Number required?". When checked the following wizards ensure a Cheque Number has been entered.

• Account Refund wizard
• Account Withdrawal wizard
• Disbursement Account Payments wizard

Note, the default is False.
