Federal Information Processing Standards (FIPS) encryption mode not supported

Windows Federal Information Processing Standards (FIPS) encryption mode is not supported in finPOWER Connect.

When opening an Access database the following message is displayed "Failed to open Database '[database name]'. Failed to open Database. Failed to initialise Database connection. Not a valid account name or password.".

When opening a SQL Server database the following message is displayed "Failed to open Database '[database name]'. Failed to open database. Failed to execute SQL. Cannot set application role 'appPOWER' because it does not exist or the password is incorrect.".
