Test Web Services; HTML Widgets; New options for generating IFRAME code

The HTML Widgets page of the Test Web Services form has been updated as follows:

• IFRAME code is generated automatically; the "Generate" button has been removed
• A new "Include JavaScript to automatically resize the IFRAME height to fit content?" option has been added. This uses the Widget's messaging service to intercept height changes in the widget content and resize the IFRAME accordingly
