Account Applications; Cannot copy Applicant Image file for unsaved Applications

Attempting to add an Applicant to an unsaved Account Application view the New Applicant wizard failed to copy the image file to the Document Manager folder since the folder does not exist until the Application is saved.

If an Image file is specified (or captured via a Web Cam), a prompt is now given when finishing the wizard. This alows the Application to be saved and therefore the image copied.
