New Deposits; "Opening" Transfer transaction not working correctly

For a new Deposit an "Opening" Transfer transaction was not working correctly.

It was only creating the Transaction on the new Deposit, it should also have created a Transaction for the other Deposit.

Note; an "Opening" Transfer for a Deposit treats the Deposit as the "To" Account. Therefore the other Account is the "From" Account, and creates a Debit transaction.

In addition, you can no longer open a Deposit with a negative Investment value.
