Account Application; New Account Applications may fail if using Page Sets and the Creation Page Set is undefined

The New Account Application wizard may fail to open if using Page Sets and the Creation Page Set is undefined and the General Page Set is defined. In this scenario finPOWER Connect will error with "Account Application Type [code], '[description]' does not define a method for entering a new Account Application.".

If using Page Sets:

• If both the Creation and General Page Sets are undefined the Account Application form is used to enter a new Account Application.
• If the Creation Page Set is defined this Page Set is used to enter the new Account Application.
• If the Creation Page Set is undefined, but there is a General Page Set defined, the General Page Set is used to enter a new Account Application.

Note, this provides backwards compatibility with older database configurations.
