HTML Widgets; Quick Quote (Term) Widget; Fails to display dropdown if default Account Type is not Term-based

The system supplied "Quick Quote (Term)" HTML Widget did not display the Account Type dropdown list if the User's Default Account Type (defined by their Default Product Type) was not a Term-based Account Type.
