Bank Account Enquiry Add-On; split from Credit Enquiry Add-On

Bank Account Enquiries have been removed from the Credit Enquiry Add-On into their own "Bank Account Enquiry" Add-On.

However, the Proviso Bank Statements service is included for free in Australia and New Zealand, i.e. this Add-On is not required.

For the Decision Logic and Credit Sense services you must now be licensed for this new Add-On.
